DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Job Purpose
Assist in supporting the four main work streams, namely, campus planning, pre-operations planning and implementation, clinical manpower planning, as well as model of care planning and development.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Analyse and identify the population’s health care needs to support the development of clinical services plan and population health strategy.
Identify, develop, and implement the clinical services required to meet these needs.
Support the planning, development and execution of pre-operations which include manpower ramp-up, clinical services plan, staff deployment strategy and facilities management.
Support the development of the necessary approval papers and tender/legal documents.
Where instructed or necessary, collaborate with MOH and other governmental bodies to facilitate the hospital’s planning.
Support the annual division work plan and budgeting exercise.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- At least 2 years of related experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an operations or service background for Executive. At least 4 years to be considered for Senior Executive
- Healthcare experience is a bonus
