DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

We are seeking an experienced performance marketer keen on a part-time and flexible work arrangement with us. This role will work directly with our co-founders in managing our brand and social media marketing, with the support of external agencies and a monthly marketing budget.

Requirements:

  1. Give weekly updates and seek approval of all marketing-related assets, activities, and budgets.
  2. Create a marketing calendar for B2C social media campaigns.
  3. Run the campaigns as planned, monitor and provide analytics once each campaign is launched.
  4. Monitor the creation of brand marketing assets with external agencies.
  5. Coordinate with the other colleagues on the post-campaign process (sign-up, promo code etc).
  6. Create simple videos or marketing assets using common desktop applications.
  7. Able to come to the office at least twice a week for 2 to 3-hr each time for discussions, and work independently at home for the rest of the time.
  8. Able to set aside at least 25 hours a week (Mon-Fri).

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related qualification.
  2. Experience in working as the only marketing professional in the company, supported by external agencies.
  3. Skills in using common desktop applications such as Canva.

With a combined experience of over 20 years in Clinical Rehabilitation, Pilates and Human Resource, our purpose is to provide physiotherapy and quality Pilates practice for post-rehabilitation, general wellness and athletic conditioning.

We bring back the original work of Joseph Pilates and apply the latest research in physiotherapy, biomechanics and movement science.
