Analyst Training (Military, Full Time, Up $6K + AWS)

Job Summary:
Responsible for the provision of observation and analytical support to trainers during exercises. The Tactical Analyst is the principal interface with Trainers on military exercises for the dissemination of simulation information relating to military tactical manoeuvre. The Tactical Analyst is also the primary resource for training military personnel in the operation and maintenance of simulation training equipment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deployed at the exercise Control Center to monitor, provide insights / observations and data analysis to facilitate debrief
• Guide the preparation of necessary collection and analysis effort to facilitate learning before, during and after the exercise.
• During exercise preparation the Analyst is responsible to coordinate with the conducting units to develop the performance indicators and checklists for the analysts to perform their tasks during exercise support.
Participate in the unit’s Order Group, Exercise High Control and Final Co-ordinating meetings. Based on participating at these meetings the Analyst is responsible to understand the operation plan in order to develop the Collection and Analysis Plan.
Engage with the Unit commander to identify the focus areas for performance and learning.
Develop a Collection Plan for approval with the Unit commander / Exercise HQ
Assists with the issue and receipt of any and all equipment provided to the customer during the exercise, and received back
Conduct operator maintenance and function check the Mission System
Job Requirements:
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of applications
Personal Qualities
• Ability to travel as required and work outdoors
• Ability to be deployed overseas for 2-6 weeks to support training outside of Singapore
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment whilst maintaining delivery and a high standard of service
