Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as Patient Service Associate
Responsibilities
- Provide receptionist duties at the front counter
- Prepare and dispense medication
- Clinical data entry into the computer system
- Attend to phone calls, coordinate appointments, and other administrative duties
- Liaise with various insurance companies
Requirements
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A/O qualification
- Experience in clinic setting and customer service will be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Clinic support (Plato)
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
