What is your mission?

PowerA is seeking a Sales Analyst to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the PowerA Sales Teams in North America and EMEA using internal and external data. Their goal will be to drive sales growth, identify opportunities, and highlight improvement opportunities for 

the business.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering and organizing sales data from various internal and external sources such as, sales reports, databases, and other relevant sources. Analyzing the data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitoring and track key sales metrics and performance indicators for internal (revenue, sales growth) and external point-of-sale (volume changes, pricing changes, in stock rates, etc). Identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations to enhance sales performance.
  • Data Visualization: Transforming complex sales data into visually appealing and easy to-understand visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and infographics. Presenting data in a compelling manner to help stakeholders quickly grasp the key insights and make informed decisions. Perform weekly and monthly analysis of internal and external sales data; evaluate product performance, identify issues, and share the story of opportunitiesthrough reporting and visualization
  • Report Generation: Creating weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance and analysis to stakeholders, including sales managersand leaders. Presenting data in a clear and concise manner using charts, graphs, and visualizations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with sales teams, including salesmanagers and leaders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide data-driven insights. Effectively communicating complex analysis findings to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required
  • Tableau dashboard development experience required; Power BI development is a plus
  • Experience in an analytical role within sales, marketing, forecasting or supply chain 
  • Experience analyzing syndicate data using Circana/NPD, AC Nielsen or IRI
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, demonstrated ability to connect Excel to external data sources and build reports and graphs
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including ability to create PowerPoint presentations that link to external data sources
  • Strong customer service skills including effective communication (written and oral)
  • Must be able to effectively present to both internal and external client groups
  • Fluency in English and ability to work 8PM to 3AM Philippine time required
