DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Source and procure parts and services for all direct and indirect spends
- Monitor critical vendors on their quality, on-time delivery performance, and price inflation
- Perform negotiation with vendors for terms and conditions and best price. Identify opportunities and implement actions to reduce overall costs.
- Communicate with vendors on issues related to feedback or poor performance from Production and Customers
- Liaise closely with Planning and Production to give regular updates on delivery status of parts or services
- Liaise with other stakeholders and Quality Assurance to develop or qualify new suppliers before adding them to Approved Vendor List
- Prepare/review of approval papers with users.
- Ensure all purchasing activities are with approved authorities, compliance and conformance to governance and understanding the risks of noncompliance.
- Converting Purchase Requisitions to Purchase orders.
- Ensuring that all necessary document, correct data and information are obtained before the conversion.
- Monitor outstanding purchase orders and following up purchase delivery and
- Review and close off all outstanding purchase orders within the expected timeframe.
- Any other adhoc assignment assigned
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain or its equivalent
- Minimum 1 year(s) of experience in purchasing function
- Knowledge or experience in using SAP Business One is an advantage
- Knowledge in ISO 13485 or ISO 9000 will be a plus.
