Lowongan Kerja Posisi Buyer / Buying Associate [Yearly Renewable Contract] di Celestica Electronics (S) Pte Ltd
DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to the following:-
- To manage commodities such as Packaging, Hardware, Label, Heatsink, Power Cord and Mechanical parts
- Work closely with vendors on new orders, reschedule and cancelation of Open orders
- Ensure Just In Time (JIT) deliveries
- Review estimated time of arrivals for open POs so as to meet weekly target inventory and production demands
- Work with suppliers on PO issuance and shipping arrangements
- Expedite highly critical deliveries in order to meet business needs
- Attend to urgent customers’ or suppliers’ requests or critical issues when necessary
- Creation and Maintenance of SAP Master Data
- Ensure pricing accuracy
- Inventory management
- Support NPI project
- Project Management on material supports
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned in accordance to business needs
Requirements:-
- Preferably 1 year or more of relevant experience
- Diploma and above in any disciplines
- Experience in SAP a huge plus
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Working Days / Hours:-
- 8am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6pm [Mondays to Fridays]
