DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities:
- Perform shift duty and ensure smooth operations, maintenance, and emergency response of facilities systems.
- Execute system hook up and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Control costs by identifying opportunities for cost reduction and engaging in cost-saving activities.
- Manage vendors and evaluate second-source vendors to ensure the availability of required resources.
- Plan and order critical spares and consumables items to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Develop and review operational procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Chemical Engineering, or other engineering-related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in operations or maintenance of plant facilities systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome work challenges and troubleshoot system issues.
