DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
This position is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the various learning and development processes such as TNA, OD, Training Delivery, Instructional Materials Development, Facilitator/ Coach/ Mentor Programs, Training Evaluation , and Training Administration.
Job Specifications :
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Journalism, Psychology, HRM, Education or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field from a Food Industry is an advantage
- At least one year experience as Training Officer or OD Specialist
- Has the ability to conceptualize, create, execute and evaluate programs, courses and instructional materials
- With above average communication skills.
- Proficient in the English language can compose documents and manuals, computer literate.
- Advanced computer skills: adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, PowerPoint. Writing ability.
