The Role
- Lead and work closely with the banner project team members
- Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered timely, within scope and budget
- Design M&E works for retail units and work with QS for M&E tendering & cost estimation
- Review and approve all M&E drawings, document, reports and material submitted by the contractors
- Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance to Electrical codes, quality standards and government authorities codes
- Oversea & verify M&E system
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance by using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
About You
- Experience in project management, project planning, budgeting and analysis
- Able to use AutoCAD
- Good stakeholders management with experience in working with project teams
