DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

  • Working hour: 9am–5:30am Mon-Fir, 9am–12pm Sat(Once a month) 
  • Location: Tuas West 
  • MNC company 

My client is MNC Marine Engineering company looking for Sales Admin Coordinator.

Job Description:

  • To perform all kinds of general admin duties such as data entry, preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • To handle PO, DO, Contract and quotation
  • To attend to customers via phone and email
  • To respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when required
  •  To support overseas team members and follow up on overseas requests and inquiries

Job Requirements:

  • Dip/ Deg holder
  • Good command of English both oral and written
  • Able to work under pressure
  •  Self-motivated, proactive and team player
  • Computer literate and Multitasking
  • Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
