  • Our client is a global furniture manufacturer

Responsibilities

  • Identify global suppliers aligned with brand values for quality and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor trends to maintain competitive product range.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers and sales networks for expansion.
  • Devise market entry strategies and build strong relationships.
  • Create new furniture line reflecting market trends and preferences.
  • Drive financial goals and profitability strategies.
  • Analyze sales and costs for improvement opportunities.
  • Establish and ensure quality standards meet expectations.
  • Lead sourcing, supply chain, quality, and logistics team.
  • Guide tasks for alignment with goals.
  • Utilize experience to inform decisions and mentor the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven global experience in furniture sourcing, retail, and supply chain management.
  • Must be a Director level in his/her previous job 
  • Strong knowledge of furniture industry trends, materials, and production processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of B2B sales and distribution in furniture sector.
