Our esteemed client from healthcare industry is looking for Client Relationship Associate
Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow up call with prospects
- Promote company services to clients
- Assist to schedule appointments on behalf of sales executive
- Provide pre-sales support
- Attend to enquiries
- Conduct marketing surveys
- Maintain clients’ database in the system
- Generate monthly report to show conversion rate
Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level
- Candidate with at least 1 year of telesales/customer service experience is preferred
