DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Conduct market research
- Developing, planning and monitoring marketing programmes, including social media advertising and e-commerce platform
- Increase sales revenue
- Analsyse e-commerce performance and consumer behaviour including sales, availability, demand forecasting, market segment and latest trending etc.
- Manage all the e-commerce sales and projected sales or margin forecasts reports.
- Evaluate trends, monitoring after sales service, consumer feedbacks and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions.
- Updates latest information on both website and POS system.
- Crisis management, competitor analysis
- Monthly reporting
- Liase with internal and external party
- Take part in ad-hoc Customer Relationship Management projects
Requirements:
- O-levle, NITEC, Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in retail firm, e-marketplace, priting or photocopier industry
