Responsibilities:
- Ensure all machines and equipment are properly set up to maintain production efficiency
- Work with quality assurance department in maintaining product quality
- Adhere to relevant standards: ISO, HACCP, and various food industry standards
- Maintain workplace cleanliness
- Supervise team members effectively and efficiently to deliver the team’s targets
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years work experience as production supervisor in the food manufacturing set up is a clear advantage
- Pleasant personality, team player
- Adept in various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as but not limited to MS Dynamics, SAP
- Willing to work on weekends whenever needed
- Strong self-discipline
