DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

We’re hiring a motivated real estate admin assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and managing the property management operations of the company, complying with legal procedures, planning appointments and viewings and coordinating the activities of team members. The assistant is also expected to support the team in the implementation of offline and online marketing activities.

Real Estate Administrative & Operations Assistant Responsibilities

  • Responsive and timely communication with clients, brokers, agents and other partners
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, organize and facilitate viewings
  • Assist in the production and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and agents
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry

Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry a plus but not required
  • Available some evenings and weekends
  • Computer and online/digital skills
  • Satisfactory written and verbal communication skills
