Job Description:
• Be a dedicated client service focal point in covering Cash Management, Trade Services and Corporate Loans products
• Resolve requests from external and internal clients on processing of transactions
• Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries and requests.
• Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
• Partner with peers within team and support and business units.
Job Requirement:
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal communication
• Meticulous in details and resourceful
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
