Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately process over-the-counter transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Deliver excellent customer journey by providing personalized assistance and addressing inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services.
- Adhere to strict security procedures to safeguard customers’ financial assets and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Promote and recommend bank products and services.
- Educate and guide customers to use digital platform.
- Collaborate with team members and assist in resolving any customer issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and team performance goals, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Min Dip. and above
- Comfortable with Cash Handling, and customer servicing
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment is an advantage
- IT Savvy, and able to handle multiple IT platforms..
- Able to speak and write well in English.
