Job Duties:
- Drive customer-centric approaches and boost sales opportunities to achieve monthly target
- Provide excellent service to promote the stylish brand and lifestyle fashion to our customers
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively respond to customers’ enquiries
- Support store operations by providing regular updates and reporting to the Store Manager
- Be a positive force to promote team collaborations and workplace culture
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience; Candidates from leading quick fashion or sportswear brands are preferred.
- Energetic, pleasant personality with a passion for customer service
- Emotionally resilient with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Experienced candidates with a proven track record in sales will be considered for senior roles
