Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute HR processes and transactions in accordance with established SOP and service level standards.
- Support business units and this includes ensuring availability of valid post, review and process task related to contract staff, and creation/deletion of post records.
- Work with HR operations team to ensure smooth transition in deployment of staff across departments/divisions.
- Generate and prepare HR reports.
- Support the HR Business Partners in end-to-end HR functions.
Requirement:
- Only Singaporean
- Degree in any field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration, HRBP role
- Competent with MS Excel and/or Workday
