DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out conceptual design for MEP Services
- Collaborate with Design Team for technical proposal
- Obtain quotation for tendering project and award contract to Sub-Contractor
- Attend Site Meeting and liaise with various stakeholders (client, subcontractor, etc) to ensure M&E work progress to meet datelines
- Ensure compliance of statutory regulations & contractual obligations
- i) Manage drawings/documentation for submission to the Authorities including coordination with external PE/QP
- Commissioning & Handover
- i) Carry out testing and commissioning of M&E and IT works
- ii) Conduct handover inspection
- iii) Complete defect rectification and obtain endorsement from client
- iv) Collate & compile As-Built drawings, Fire Safety Certificate to client/landlord
- Provide excellent service and build a strong relationship with clients
ABILITIES, SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE (ASK)
- Diploma /Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- >5 years M&E experience in interior design/construction industry is advantageous
- Competent in Design of electrical power & control systems & familiar with government regulations on electrical installations
- Singaporean are welcome
