DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Temporary staff and direct hire responsibilities, including Employee Requisitions, required sign-offs, and ad placement (internet job boards, job fairs, open houses, etc.).
- Work with Recruiting team to process and work with Hiring Managers to stay within the established “time-to-fill” periods.
- Schedule applicant interviews (HR and hiring managers); collect candidate evaluations from hiring managers/other interviewers to evaluate candidates qualified for hire.
- Regularly conduct online searches of job boards to locate qualified candidates for current and potential openings.
- Provide leadership with regular updates on activities and seek advice/guidance on handling recruiting process deviations, obstacles, changes, etc.
- Assist in admin tasks including but not limited to checking pre-employment requirements, coordinating/scheduling successful candidates for PEME.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A graduate of any four-year course;
- 2-3-year experience in a call center volume hiring is preferred;
- Technology savvy;
- Willing to work on mid-shift or other shifts as may be required;
- Willing to work on-site and in Pioneer, Mandaluyong City;
- Willing to accept a temporary engagement of 3 months and can start immediately.
