DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
iRely is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team in Philippines. This position may be performed remotely from anywhere in Philippines and will work during USA business hours.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ticket Management.
- Provide timely support to Customers and Internal User.
- Manage Internal User Accounts.
- Perform manual database backups.
Qualifications
The applicant should have experience and knowledge with SQL Server functions, including but not limited to:
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in IT Support.
- Experience with executing SQL scripts.
- Strong troubleshooting experience and abilities.
- Good SQL experience is a must: database backup creation, backup restore, TSQL script knowledge
- Speak fluent English. This is a requirement because this position will be speaking with customers when necessary.
- Be detailed oriented.
- Ability to work a night shift.
