Job Description:
An Anytime Fitness Brand Ambassador has a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Join our team and promote gym memberships in a fun, upbeat atmosphere. While industry experience is not required, we seek individuals with first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed membership sales targets.
- Manage and generate sales leads and conduct club tours.
- Engage in club promotional marketing, with a focus on social media.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide top-notch customer service.
- Help create exceptional member experiences and build long-lasting relationships.
- Assist the club manager in day-to-day gym operations.
Requirements:
- Enjoys sales and marketing.
- A people-person who connects naturally with others and genuinely cares.
- A self-starter who is proactive, determined to succeed, and target-driven.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Passionate about health and fitness, though experience in the fitness industry is not essential.
- Demonstrates integrity and honesty in all dealings.
Salary: $1,800 to $3,000 per month, including sales commissions
Experience: Entry-level position. Prior experience will be advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 10 am to 7 pm / 1 pm to 10 pm
Saturday or Sunday: 10 am to 2 pm
Weekend availability required.
Supplemental pay types:
Commission pay
Work Locations: Openings in AF Taman Jurong, AF New Tech Park, AF Marymount CC, AF Bishan
