DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
This role is responsible for overseeing the overall IT infrastructure and operations (Server/Network/Security/Data Centre/DBA) within the online slot machine studio. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the organization’s technology systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure efficient and effective IT operations. Your expertise in various areas of IT management, including network, server, database, security, and data center operations, will contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization’s technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including network, server, and database systems.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of technology systems to meet business requirements.
- Implement and enforce IT infrastructure standards, policies, and best practices.
Team Management and Leadership:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise.
- Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and support the professional development of team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization’s data and technology assets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate controls.
IT Operations and Support:
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network monitoring, server administration, database management, and user support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for incident management and problem resolution.
- Implement IT service management processes to streamline service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Infrastructure Planning and Optimization:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technology requirements and plan for infrastructure enhancements and expansions.
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure the scalability and performance of technology systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for infrastructure improvements and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management or in similar leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge and experience in network/ server/ database/ security or data center operations.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure technologies, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives.
- Relevant certifications in IT management or related areas are desirable.
