DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
☑ Well Established Precision Manufacturing Company
☑ Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.00am – 5.30pm)
☑ Basic $3000 – $3500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
☑ Location: Serangoon North
☑ Required 3D CAD software skill for Siemens UG NX or PTC Creo 4.0 and above
☑ Strong technical knowledge in plastic injection manufacturing and analytical skill
☑ No experience are welcome, on job training provided
Job Scope:
- To establish and document new plastic injection tool qualification with optimized moulding perimeter before handing of the tooling to production for mass production.
- To coordinate mould trials, tooling, and moulded part troubleshooting and carry out necessary engineering changes to ensure parts can be produced smoothly at the required quality level
- Technical coordination and checks for the initial mould trials and setups;
- Document tool trial observations and recommend appropriate tooling modification/rectification.
- Conduct moulding process window optimization and conduct necessary DoE, OQ & PQ tooling validation when needed.
- Ensure smooth transfer and handing over of information to Production Team for mass production.
- Support Production to resolve downstream production issues.
- Support Production in areas like moulding process optimization, implement manufacturing fixtures, and automation to maximize production output.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree holder in Precision Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
- Basic understanding of mold fabrication is required
- Required 3D CAD software skill for Siemens UG NX or PTC Creo 4.0 and above
