DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
The Sales Supervisor shall work to achieve sales objectives within a retail distribution company dealing in frozen processed food products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement the vision and general sales initiatives of the company
- Develop sales and marketing plans to improve efficiency and profitability
- Manage and guide a small sales team and train any new sales agents
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure sales targets are met while maintaining quality and quantity of sales activities as well as satisfactory personnel performance
- Monitor and maintain good client relationships and proactively grow the customer base
- Collect agent and customer feedback/data to help improve sales operations
- Network to expand sales coverage and improve market presence of the company and products
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in sales. A degree in sales, marketing, or an equivalent business course is a plus
- Must be very familiar with Quezon City (north and south), with some knowledge of food retail outlets such as wet and dry markets within the area
- Has good leadership, communication, and customer relation skills
- Willing to work in Quezon City
