WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Job Purpose
The Director, Marketing, Asia oversees the deployment of the marketing strategy and ensures the application of the brand promise in the hotels of his/her region.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish strategic intelligence and market research
- Definition and adaptation of the multi-channel marketing action plan
- Drives customer experience and communication, in line with the brands and CSR policy
- Provide advice and support to owners and hotel representatives, ensuring consistency between communication and in-hotel experience
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of the resources deployed through Key Performance Indications (KPI)
- Manage external partnerships and negotiating contracts
- Perform budget management and execution of operational plans
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in marketing
- Excellent knowledge in marketing techniques
- Professional with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate partnership contracts and develop marketing action plans
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Possess Innovative and creative mindset
