DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and administrative support to Sales Department
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project tenders and sales quotations
- Generate daily Purchase Order to supplier, Quotation to clients
- Respond effectively and efficiently to customer’s inquiries
- Assisting in compilation of catalogues and presentation slides
- Organize and minute sales meetings
- Maintain and upkeep of database and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and above
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently with min supervision
- Positive attitude and good personality
