Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie to achieve the results in guest satisfaction, team satisfaction health and safety.
- Taking responsibility and ownership of pastry station, setup, stocking
- Ensuring mise en place is prepared accordingly
- Strive for excellence in quality and presentation
- Keeping guest focus as the end goal in mid, with a flexible attitude
- Fosters a service culture by showing passion for service to others
