DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

TFM Corp. is seeking a very efficient and effective Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate is smart and picks up new technologies quickly. We are looking for someone who is very much experienced in being an Executive Assistant with the ability to adapt to existing company processes and confidence to create new ones–with the goal of improving workflow within the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.

Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf

Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, reports and analyzing these information.

Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties

Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.

Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence and speaking for the executive.

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Secures information by completing database backups.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Oversee the performance of other clerical staff

Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results.

Manages office bills

Computation of Semi-monthly payroll.

Performs basic Administrative tasks.

Handles recruitment process

  • Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
