Responsibilities:
– Responsible for recommending and upselling meal items and advise guest on any ongoing promotions, be familiar with all the meal items, attend and prompt response to customer’s needs and queries.
– Perform cashiering duties including preparing bills, be accountable for daily cash balances and ensure smooth processing of transactions.
– Maintain cleanliness of outlet including clearing plates to the kitchen, cleaning tables
– Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance and conduct at all times and ensure smooth operations to achieve a positive customer dining experience.
– Any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Outlet Management
Requirements:
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Positive attitude, pro-active and have great enthusiasm to learn
– Must be comfortable with repetitive work activities, operating machinery and physically demanding work conditions (i.e. long standing hours, hot and/or cold temperatures)
– Must be able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
– Preferably with valid food hygiene cert
– Candidates without working experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
