JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Responsible for both direct student recruitment as well as exploring new business opportunities. The objective is to help the school increase the enrolment for courses in the local and international market.

• To achieved the revenue target set by management to meet the Program Partners Headcounts target recruitment.

• To process programme applications and ensure that all required documents have been fully furnished by student enrolling for the programme.

• To execute recruitment activities of the sales department such as open house, education fairs, course previews and in-class talks

• Pre and Post-sales support for monthly recruitment activities (e.g. Course Previews, Job Fairs and Events). Follow-up communication with leads generated from recruitment activities.

• To attend to enquiries through phone, email, walk-in appointments and follow up on potential students for registration of their intended programme.

• To administer and follow up with students’ enrolment and ensure timely submission of application.

• To achieve sales targets set and recommend initiatives to generate more sales.

• To ensure proper data management of the enquiry database.

• To assist in generating operational and sales reports.

• To provide administrative support to Local & International Sales team.

• Any other tasks and projects assigned by Sales Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree holder

• Min 2 years’ working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Excellent communication skills across all levels.

• Proven ability to engage and handle customers’ requests

• Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous environment under tight deadlines

• Good knowledge of Singapore education scene
