- Supervises activities to attract and evaluate candidates for opening positions through recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods.
- Ensures policies and procedures are ensured and ensures position are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Reviews and approves job advertisement and maintains relationships with schools, agencies, and participates in career fairs.
- Evaluates resumes/applications and participate in interview panels
- Reviews employment offers and participate in the onboarding of new hires
