DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job Description:

Responsible for the sales of enterprise level telephony systems and managed services (cloud and on-premises)
Support Enterprise Account Managers as a subject matter expert in the area of voice technologies and enterprise telephony systems and managed services
Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, vendors and technical personnel
Support Technical Team for the successful implementation of projects
Collaborate with other Business Units (eg. Network, Cyber Security, etc) for joint projects
Conduct training for customers

Job Requirements:

At least a Diploma in a related field. Degree in Information Technology is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Support of IP telephony systems
Deep understanding of voice technologies (PSTN, SIP, SBC, etc) and IP telephony systems (cloud and on-premises)
Good understanding of Direct Routing in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Phone System will be an added advantage
Confident, personable, and excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to handle high level corporate executives
