Responsibilities

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will assist in providing unfaltering IT support to our valued clients, in Windows environments.

Specific tasks include:

Seamless implementation of upgrades and new infrastructure
To provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers.
Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation.
Take the ownership and responsibility for assigned incidents, requests, or tasks and follow them up until resolved.
Install and configure any software solutions that the client is requesting.
Work to SLA’s and prioritize workload to meet contractual needs.
Maintaining complete documentation on IT asset management for client.

Requirements

Diploma Holder in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
At least 2-3 years working experience in a Technical Support role.
Applicants should be fully conversant with the Installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Environments.
Experience with server configuration will be a plus.
All other skills taken into consideration upon job application.
