DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job Description

1.Talent Acquisition

Recruitment & SelectionAssist the managers/ supervisors in manpower forecasting and request. Assist the Recruitment team in all stages of recruitment and selection, including referral/ sourcing applicants, paper screening and initial interview of applicants, scheduling and/ or endorsement of potential hirees for further assessment of the heads/ managers of requisitioning *************** In a branch level- keeps track of Recruitment and Applicant Records and regularly submits recruitment updates.

OnboardingPartakes in the conduct of onboarding sessions to newly hired staff. Role includes- store/ site tour, introduction to team and key store authorities; completion of pre-employment requirements/ documents; immersion and/ or follow-through of new hires. Administers post-assessment of training conducted to ensure effectiveness of onboarding program conducted.

2. Employee Welfare and Development

Employee Morale Communicates with the branch key personnel and the Area HRAD Supervisor in coming up with learning and motivational programs and/ or activities that would enhance the team/ staff performance. Performance Management

Works with Key personnel for the timely and efficient appraisal of staff performance. Reviews and validates accomplished performance appraisal forms of supervisors and rank & file employees based on prescribed policies and guidelines. Personnel Movement

In coordination with the Area HRAD, communicates with supervisors and staff regarding personnel action to include promotion, demotion, disciplinary action, transfer and exit of employees. Employee Discipline Ensures the implementation and adherence to company policies and standards and/ or government regulations.

Acts on incident reports by referring to concerned branch authorities for immediate and proper resolution. Writes and issues corresponding Notices to Non-performing and non-compliant staff.

Makes referral of difficult non-compliant and non-performing staff to Area HRAD for proper action

Serves and/ or implements sanctions for violations committed by staff within his/ her area of jurisdiction Facilitates the conduct of admin hearing and/ or communicates all notices represents the company in DOLE/ government hearings. Training and Development Assists in the conduct of motivational talks or learning sessions for all staff Administers assessment exams to measure knowledge and skill acquired from trainings conducted.

3. Compensation & Benefits

Timekeeping & PayrollEnsures that all payroll standards and guidelines are followed with respect to timekeeping and processing of staff payroll including preparation and routing of payroll-related documents such as duly accomplished and signed employment contract, PAF/s and/ or confirmation for regularization/ promotion. Benefits Administration Communicates to employees all company-initiated benefits program. Ensures timely provision and/ or resolution of staff concerns on company initiated benefits and/ or government-mandated benefits, e.g. enrollment of newly-regularized staff to HMO and Group Life Insurance

4. Administrative

Processes requirements by LGU, DOLE and other government agencies, including but not limited to application/ renewal of business permits, Fire Certificate, etc. As Property Custodian- responsible for overseeing company properties, facilities and fixed assets. Includes regular monitoring and updating of inventory; facilitates request for maintenance, repairs and/ or replacement as well as timely preparation/ endorsement of payment request or settlement.

Maintains accuracy and completeness of records of company assets/ property and safekeeping of shadow file

5. Completed Staff Work

Prepares and/ or edit memos, proposals, minutes of meetings and other documents relative to HR& Admin. Prepares and submits regularly all HR& Admin reports including but not limited to Sales Performance, Attrition, Parity, Attendance, Personnel Movement, Monitoring of Incidents and Corresponding Actions Taken. Manage and safe keeps all Employee and company record ensuring accuracy and completeness.6. Others

Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time. 

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree At least one year experience in doing technical ************** resource management, recruitment and selection, employee and labor relations, administrative support,Computer literacy
