Job Summary: As a Client Success Specialist (Business Development), you will Serve as a Program Analyst with the Main Goal of Driving the Overall Growth of Social Seller(s) in the Marketplace through the Enrollment and Continuous Usage of Seller Affiliate Program(s). You will Collaborate with Business Partner(s) and Seller(s) to Create Communication Plan(s) for Targeted Seller(s) and; Execute Project(s) and Other Initiative(s) around the Social Seller Program to Ensure Roll-Out Readiness, Seller Engagement, and Process Improvement.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Overall Growth of Social Seller(s) in the Marketplace by Pushing for Enrollment(s) and Continuous Usage of the Seller Affiliate Program; Collaborate with Business Partner(s) and Seller(s) to Create Communication Plan(s) for Targeted Seller(s)
  • Execute Project(s) and Other Initiative(s) around the Social Seller Program; Build Rapport and Coordinate Closely with the Analytics and Affiliates Department(s) to Ensure Readiness with Roll-Out(s), Seller Engagement, and Process Improvement; Develop Clear, Timely, and Accurate Periodic Report(s) that would Help Drive the Continuous Improvement in Processes and Overall Productivity

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 Year(s) of Experience/Background in Sales, Communications, or Project Management Related Role(s), Customer Care Experience is Required or Related Industry Experience; Proficient with Different Microsoft Office Application(s), Quick and Adaptive to Change and Flexible in an Evolving and Fast-Paced Working Environment (Must be Open and Eager to Learn New Thing(s))
  • Demonstrates Excellent Communication Skills – Can Communicate Clearly in English or Tagalog to be able to Drive Engagement with Seller(s) (Build Positive Relationship(s) with Business Partner(s), Seller(s), and Other Stakeholder(s))
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the Ability to Collect, Organize, Analyze, and Disseminate Significant Amount of Information with Attention to Detail and Accuracy – Good Analytical Diagnostic, Troubleshooting, and Visualization Skills for Customer(s)
  • Good Understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and Understanding or Experience with Social Media Page(s) will be an Added Advantage
