Job Summary: The Business Development Specialist (Account Management) will work closely with Online Sellers in ensuring that seller accounts are well-managed and up-to-date with market trends. The incumbent will be responsible in performing the necessary research (via Social Media Platforms and other Online Sources) in order to provide useful information that would allow our sellers to maximize their potential earnings.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

• Review Seller Accounts, Perform Market Research, and;

 Provide Useful Intel on Trends and Tips for Improvement

• Partner with Online Sellers to Maximize Potential of their

 Accounts/Postings and; Help Increase Over-All Revenue

• Based on Experience: Collaborate with Clients/Business

 Leaders – and Offer New Ideas to Improve the Business

• Develop Strong Relationships with Customers [Seller/s];

 Serve as A Knowledge-Source for a ‘Positive Seller Exp’

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

• 1 Year of Related Experience is Required – Sales and/or

 Marketing Account Management (BPO or Related Field)

• With a Creative Mindset and Able to Perform Research

 as Needed; Up-to-Date with Latest Trends in the Market

• Familiar with Different Social Media Platforms; Including

 Messaging Tools –> WhatsApp, Yahoo Messenger, etc.

• Demonstrates Business Communication Skills — Able to

 Carry a Consultative Type of Conversation with Sellers;

 Can Articulate Thoughts Clearly and Build Positive Work

 Relationships regardless of the Communication Platform

• Intermediate Working Proficiency: Microsoft Office Tools
