DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job Description

  • Oversee all the functions of the calibration department
  • Achieve sales order targets from both Defence and non-defence sectors
  • Provide leadership and guidance to all the staff in the department, and work together with team leaders to implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Implementation of digitization strategies for increasing productivity and profitability (including test automation and operational dashboard)
  • Build a team with operational excellence to meet customer’s quality and service level assurance requirements
  • Expand our accreditation capabilities in all measurement areas
  • Manage all manpower, equipment and facility resources in the department

Job Requirements

  • Engineering degree is preferred
  • Proven at least 5 years business operations experience in test and measurement industry.
  • Preferably with experience in calibration and testing industries
  • Excellent in negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills and able to relate to local and overseas customers and consultants at senior levels
  • Occasional travelling may be required
  • Singaporean only
  • Possess Class 3 Driving License and own vehicle
  • Location: Ang Mo Kio
