Get to know the role

You will be responsible for the rollout of products and operational projects across the eater and merchant sides of the business. In this role, you will get the chance to bring several complex products and features to life locally – in turn positively impacting multiple teams and addressing multiple business objectives. Think of yourself as a coordinator; handling stakeholder management, data analysis, troubleshooting and reporting for different projects.

The Day-to-Day Activities

Stakeholder Management – Liaise with both local and regional teams to ensure that the business objectives, benefits and risks of each product are clearly communicated. Occasionally mediate and navigate through different considerations and teams (e.g. Delivery-Partner Operations, Account Management, Marketing, Marketplace) to drive product adoption.
Data Analysis – Assess risk and identify impact and success metrics through data. Make sound assumptions and decisions based on different data sets.
Organization and Scenario Planning – Keep track of several moving parts and understand how different timelines and lead times may impact each other. Identify a Plan B that works, and be comfortable with it not always being perfect.
Process Improvement – Identify process inefficiencies and find better ways to track and share information, run day-to-day operations, implement changes and run experiments while keeping all relevant teams in the loop.

The Must-Haves

Minimum bachelor’s degree.
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in operations and/or project management. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Comfortable with number processing and analytics, and able to draw key insights from numbers. SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. Able to handle different personalities and business objectives simultaneously, and in a calm, composed manner.
Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
Able and willing to do both strategic and executional work
Humble and easygoing – happy to learn on the fly and roll with the punches!
