DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsibilities:

Responsible for work processes that involved data processing in SAP system
Listing of work notifications
Convert work notification to maintenance orders
Scan documents into SAP
Listing of purchase orders
Close maintenance orders
Seeking payment via SAPmail
Checking of purchase order details
Prepare quotation and billing report for ship repair and upgrading works
Perform work processes that concerned Key Performance Indicators in maintenance contracts

Requirements:

Possess NTC in Office Skills or Diploma
Proficient in MS Words and MS Excel
Experience in SAP MM will be advantageous
Able to multi-task
Able to handle and pay attention to details
Only Singapore Citizens need apply

Nearest MRT/Interchange: Joo Koon Station/ Joo Koon Bus Interchange
Islandwide Company Transport Provided
5 days work week
Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
